If you are unable to read these .PDF files, you can try one of 2 things:
1. Set up a new MIME type in your browser of 'application/pdf', and point the new mime type to Adobe Acrobat reader on your PC (assuming you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader).
2. Alternatively you can point to the .pdf link, right click the mouse and
then click on Save Target As to save the file on your computer.
After this you can double-click the locally saved .pdf file to open it in Adobe Acrobat reader.
