At the moment I am hoping to spend most of Saturday with my Son at Mile End (postcode:E3 5BE). I have space in the car, if you are happy going from St Alban's.

This is in the wrong section, you will be terminated, this is a climbing section of the forum, bouldererererers do not exist in this domain....please burn your beanie, chalk bucket and outdoor mattress..
Maybe next week?.. |

| Haven't been to Mile End for ages, though from what I remember some of the bouldering is of a character building height. If you're still going I can get there in the afternoon. |

Yesterday was a 'Rock on Boot Demo' day at mile end. They set 30 new problems which were free to enter as long as you were climbing in boots supplied by Scapa, Sportiva, Boreal,Red Chilly etc with many sizes and ranges to choose from. What feels great for the first few climbs can really hurt after an hour. So good learning experience on different manufacturer shoes sytles vs my fat flat feet. For example I can comfortably wear a 40.5 in Sportiva but in Red Chilly they must be as large as 42.5! Not only did we complete 20 different problems we got to talk to and watch Neil Gresham coaching Kitty Wallace. Plus I someone said Steve McClure was down inspiring us mere mortals.
Ok, Barry it was not outside but it was a really fun days bouldering. With so many shoes to try and and climbing problems to fall off, I was like a child in a sweetshop.
