Date:                          Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd September 2023 – It should be possible to add on extra days before or after if required.

Booking:                   Please let me (Treasurer) know if you intend to go. I can then advise the campsite of the total numbers. You do not need to contact the campsite directly.

Payment:                  No deposit required. Pay the campsite directly upon arrival. They accept cash or card.

Holme Farm Campsite is situated in the heart of Horton In Ribblesdale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This popular stop over for cyclists is located on the B6479, around 6 miles north of Settle making it an ideal first night stop on the Way of the Roses. Horton-in-Ribblesdale boasts a number of Pubs, Inns and Hotels, where you can eat and drink in this beautiful Yorkshire Dales Village.

Horton-in-Ribblesdale is a village in the Yorkshire Dales National Park close to the source of the River Ribble. It is a popular base for walkers, many of whom are completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge Walk over Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside.

People frequently start this walk from Horton-in-Ribblesdale’s Pen-y-ghent Cafe as a challenge in under 12 hours, or more leisurely over 2 or 3 days. Being within the limestone area of the Yorkshire Dales Horton-in-Ribblesdale is also popular with cavers, pot-holers and anyone looking for beautiful countryside.
